Owner and CEO of AquaCity, British based businessman Mr. Jan Telensky said:-

“In just three years, with no previous experience in the travel industry at all, I’ve shown the world that affordable, green luxury can go hand in hand. I have fulfilled the vision I had to create a luxury resort that runs on geothermal water and the sun’s energy to power its hotels, pools, spa, conference and leisure facilities.

AquaCity is now a globally recognised example of how we can create sustainable tourism, one of the most overwhelming issues the travel industry faces today. It is a blue-print for future tourism and a far reaching example of how to use green technology to commercial advantage.

Only by cutting my fuel costs, using natural energy sources to power the resort, can we afford to offer such a high quality holiday product at affordable prices. That is the key to AquaCity.

I would like to thank 167000 members of the travel industry who voted AquaCity the world's no. 1 green resort".”
